Mr. Vitaliy Gavrylyuk is a devoted nurse practitioner with vast experience in providing health care with a caring and holistic approach to patient evaluation. He focuses on bettering healthcare and increasing patient satisfaction.

Mr. Gavrylyuk graduated from Plattsburgh State University with a bachelor’s degree. He subsequently went on to City University of New York, Staten Island, to get his master’s degree in adult gerontology nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are among his other certifications (PALS).
